this website definitely needs new servers... sometimes pages take minutes to open.

Can really see the reason for closing the the other thread, as it's not the amount of thread pages that slow down those servers, it's the # of users viewing it

Cool, thanks! That's great news...I was getting worried CSC really did nothing that day. And congrats on the updates. Too bad it's an RFE, but that's better than nothing. RFEs only add about 2-3 weeks total to the process. Once you get the RFE and send the response, it's usually less than a week to get a decision from there. Good luck.

I'm wondering if i'm getting the NOA2 by this month. 3 cases after me got approved. i don't want to get my hopes up but i'll be so happy if i get it by this month.

I just received an email saying they send a letter  RFE for more evidence??? Anyone else get a email notice today to? Can anyone tell me what else they could possibly want. I have an attorney and I thought we had everything??

Why can't you just go for the festival without the Visa?

Sorry to hear that. Nobody knows what may have been missing - a form, a signature, additional evidence of meeting within 2 years, etc.

 

Having an attorney for this process is usually not an indicator of increased chance of success.

There's a term for this in my field: GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out).   Some users probably entered the wrong year, or transposed the month and day or something.
