Why we voted for the candidates is a huge, very different topic from the one going on now so I think we should just leave it at that.

 

When I initially quoted you I had not yet read up to realize that Kellyane had actually "misspoke" using the same phrase on at least 1 other occassion (now maybe two). In light of that, I partially retract my commendation towards her. Once can be an accident, "oops I meant to say Bowling Green Terrorists, not Massacre". More than once and I am more concerned someone is intentionally trying to deceive.

Conway later acknowledged that she misspoke after the MSNBC interview and meant to say “Bowling Green terrorists.” She also told Cosmopolitan in response to their story: "Frankly they were terrorists in Bowling Green but their massacre took place in Iraq. At least this got clear-thinking people to focus on what did happen in Bowling Green.”

 

I for one don't see a reason to get all hot n bothered about that. It seems like she misunderstood what they did to start with, which led to her misspeaking. Dumb mistake, but not a lie on the same level as some of the ones Clinton told.

I don't see why we have to compare them? What Clinton did can be kept to a decision about her. 

 

I'm sorry I'm just not buying it at this point. The Cosmo interview was what, 1 month ago? So 1 month apart she happens to "misspeak" in the exact same way? Her freaking job is essentially all public speaking. it is all communication. If she can't get it right, she needs to be "transitioned" into other roles that she can do.

 

Seriously if you can't do the job you are given, you shouldn't hold that job. Her job is to communicate information. She needs to get that right.
