Elderly Woman dies after Trump Muslim Ban stops her returning.

A woman who lived in America since 1995 has died a day after being turned away from the US as a result of Donald Trump’s executive order to ban people from seven predominantly Muslim countries, according to reports. (*See update below.)

Mike Hager, the woman’s son, said his sick mother was turned away from boarding a US-bound flight from Iraq, despite showing her green card, after the family decided to return from a visit when the 75-year-old fell ill.

One day later, Mr Hager said, his mother died.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

A 4-month-old was turned away by the United States government just days before her scheduled heart surgery in an Oregon hospital, due to a travel restriction by President Donald Trump placed on citizens of Iran, KPTV reported. 

According to KPTV, the 4-month-old named Fatemah has a serious heart condition and her family was concerned about the level of care she would receive in Iran. Despite going through a lot of paperwork and getting a visa approved, Fatemah and her parents were denied entry into the United States. 

Fatemah's uncle and grandparents are reportedly United States citizens. 

The family found out the news after they flew from Iran to Dubai. When they arrived in Dubai, they learned of Trump's decision and were forced to return to Iran. 

"She needs the surgery as soon as possible," Sam Taghizadeh, Fatemah's uncle, told KPTV. "For getting the visa, they ask for lot of the paperwork. You have to do many things, you know. For three weeks we working for every single thing they wanted."

There's plenty more. If you don't count the people desperate for medical care and the doctors that are also trapped and have their documents stripped from them. Oh well, eh? And if what I hear is coming down the pipeline is correct, there will be a lot more doctors and sick children that won't be getting in.

Not sure the US system can cope with the world population, probably why they have hospitals and doctors elsewhere.

I thought our healthcare was deplorable in this country. Why didn't they go to one of the great systems like Canada

i read the entire article and upon your suggestion, read it again. still not seeing how fox confirmed this man was lying. i'm not going to accept the lazy 'the imam said so, the imam confirmed'
