Are the cases not supposed to be at the National Benefits Center? Our case number also starts with MSC.

I am in the same boat (MSC case number) and cannot track it either. USCIS still shows no record of it and Tier 2 calls were not being accepted yesterday. I was told it can take 30 to 45 days to show a case status. ?

I'm still waiting for NOA1 and the text message/email.

Sent the paperwork on February 21st. It's getting frustrating...looks like our paperwork got lost in the way from Atlanta to Chicago.

Jeez....I wish I could tell you. My husband didn't ask for a tracking number but was told that the package should be at the Lockbox facility on February 24th. I called USCIS yesterday and they told me that I am not in the system yet.

So...I'll wait until next Thursday and if I shouldn't have anything in the mail by Friday, I send the paperwork again.

Same thing for me. Got biometrics letter today but my case still isn't showing up online. When I called and asked they said it's in there system but not in the public system and not to worry. I'm still gonna call every couple of days to check.
