How long is AP valid? and how long can you stay outside the US?

 

I also read that it can be cancelled anytime. hows that?

A lawyer recommended to n not travel outside of the US with advance parole by any means unless it's a real emergency.

That's weird. They said they couldn't give us the dates and said they would send us new ones with the dates on them.

Are the cases not supposed to be at the National Benefits Center? Our case number also starts with MSC.

all cases are sent to the NBC, if you get an interview it will later be sent to your local field office

I see so many posts from people who sent their AOS application a couple of days before I sent mine. And they already recieved their NOA1. I've been waitig for 15 days now and I haven't heard back anything from USCIS. I don't know if they even recieved the documents.

MSC is the national benefits center:

Still no updates on where my package is except I did get this a few weeks after submitting a lost mail case with the USPS

 

"An investigation was conducted, an soon as the package gets another scan, we will be able to update delivery point destination.  "

 

Not too sure what it means. They found my package and routing it now? Or just 'it will show up someday after it gets scanned.'

Have a second petition ready to go if this keeps taking too long.

I did talk to UPS today trying to find out if they could track the packagefor me. They couldn't. Guess I have to wait until USCIS gets back to me or I file a new petition in 2 weeks. It's been two weeks since I sent my application.

Ours took 19 days to get our NOA 1 via text.

Talked to UPS today and they said that they are not able to track the package. So we'll see...otherwise I'll call USCIS in two weeks.

Yep, that's what I'm doing now.  Hopefully I can somebody willing to help.
