The doctors office scheduled my medical for the 20th march and my interview is 28th march, she said it has to be done 5 days before the interview... what if it doesn't arrive at the embassy in time for my interview?  Should i have made the appointment for 2 weeks before instead of 1 week?  Am a bit worried now.

Were there any earlier appointments? The results will get to the embassy on-time. The only concern might be if you need vaccinations and don't want to pay for them there. Most of them are free on the NHS, but you'll need the time to see your GP. If you're not worried about the cost though, a week is fine. My medical was 10 days before my interview and I just had enough time to get my vaccinations at my surgery.

i received my interview letter on 2/4 but CEAC status is still "at NVC". How soon does NVC send documents to the US embassy? Is anyone with interview date in March have their status changed to "In Transit" already?

Heres the link for the requirements to Casablanca. It should tell you whether you are required to register for a courier.  https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Supplemental/CSB - Casablanca.pdf

Ok thanks. I've read somewhere here that it should change to in transit within few days after you receive the P4 email when NVC actually mail the documents. Then we can call to ask for the tracking no. I'm wondering why it's taking longer to send the documents... I guess I'm just being impatient...

My wife has got a letter for her CR1 visa interview, among the things they asked her to bring with her is an Original Signed Affidavit of Support (I-864), I am supporting her and I am using Assets (stocks and money in saving accounts) to supplement my lower income for 2015, since the value of the assets changed since I sent the AOS o the NVC, can I send them an updated I-864 or do they require that I send a signed copy of the same one that was sent to the NVC 4 months ago?

Whatever you sent to NVC you have to bring to the interview the originals and a copy.
