    But according to the visa bulletin the time is up.....PD march 31 2024. I see so many movements and approvals but mostly are spouses of us citizen dont hear anything about F2A.

    The petitioner is LPR her father now.... and if he becomes US citizen what is the guarantee to this case move quickly if haven't been approved from USCIS?

    On my case PD 03/31/2024 no approved by uscis yet... DOB 09/06/2005, once gets approved will move to NVC I think they are creating cases and working cases as this month. Do you think can we lock her age if get move to NVC?

    As right still no approval yet PD march 31 2024, for category F2A, once again I see some approvals from march already but I see spouse only like CR1 or IR1 category no others category is seeing by USCIS ? I hope someone can understand what I mean ?

    So in this case we need to file again and lost the money went for filed. Is it not way to modified the one is already filed right ?

    As right now 19, in sept will be 20 years old. Colombia is our country. Our PD IS MARCH 31ST 2024. I dont know the Timeline for F2A. I can find spouse and k3 visa most only in visajourney.
