This is us embassy website for Philippines. I guess we don't need to register the visa interview and just enter the visa delivery address as per the instruction on the country specific us embassy procedure (PDF) from the travel.state.gov website.

To schedule a visa interview or enter your visa delivery address, you will need to register and create a profile online. If you already have a profile, please do not create a new one. You can always modify your existing profile by logging in using your user ID and password. If you have lost your password, please simply retrieve it by clicking  Forgot Your Password? If you are a first time user, click New User? to create your profile.

To register, you need to create an account and password. I registered online but it only allows me to register the delivery address for the visa (after it's approved).  Actually there are 3 choices either pick up from the office, from an authorized pick up center or home delivery. I was able to input all my information such as the case number priority date addresses but it does not allow me to select the interview date and time that was stated in the interview letter email. Maybe because the documents is still in transit from NVC to Manila US embassy. I used the email interview letter to try to register and the letter I received from Nvc that has the priority date in it.

Thank you for the help. when is your interview date?

CC 27 Jan 17. Just called NVC but no interview date - according to them, they are waiting for Singapore embassy. Hmmm for a small country, they sure take their own time. I am beyond anxious for this to be over with ?.  Hoping for good news soon!

The interview letter (P4) typically takes 1-3 business days.

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Hi guys, so I received the interview letter a few days ago. On there it says that the applicant needs to bring the AOS with him. My question is, does that only apply to people that didn't send it in before? or I have to send him another one so he can take it with him? I am very confused???!!!???!!!

If you did not make a copy before sending it to the nvc, then you must fill it again but you must make sure that is same information that you sent to the nvc and signed.
