Comments : No issues coming into the US. We got back on a late flight so needless to say Immigration took their sweet time to see my husbands package and were really rude but they gave him the stamp and sent us on our way.

Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : March 23, 2017
Embassy Review : The Interview went well. My husband was the only one allowed in I went as support. He did say that they asked him for paperwork and sat down waiting to be called. He did mention the wait was longer then the actual interview. He had a copy of almost any document that they could ask for he did say the officer asked to see the following documentation:
1.) Pardon - Approval
2.) Child Birth Certificate
3.) Marriage License

The interview lasted around 2 minutes with 6 questions the waiting was about an hour and a half. He was approved and was given a white slip on instructions to pick up his Visa. He mentioned that everyone was very nice and treated him with respect. Tip - we got a plus as we did our 2-16 taxes before we left so they were impressed that we brought a copy with us as well as an updated Affidavit of Spousal support.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
