Do you have any idea when the next ceremony in San Diego is?

I did a little research, but I'm not sure how accurate it is (i used the sd democrats calendar), the next ceremony in San Diego is Aug 16th at 2:30pm, then Sept 20th at 2pm.

When i get my letter in the mail, i will update you.

Same story here. Big city field offices are lousy field offices take their own sweet time to schedule interviews. I would suggest that you make yourself busy with other things in life and not get frustrated with this process. It will happen when its suppose to happen.

The day you get the text/email, just let us know. :)

glad to say I got approved today ... interview was smooth ... many questions regarding me and my wife just to make sure our marriage is legit, but nothing crazy ... all normal thing to ask.

just one strange thing is regarding the civic test. He asked me 7 questions, because he considered one of them wrong. at the question 'when all man must register for selective service' I answered at age of 18, but he wanted to know the range. at that moment I got confused, and i said 18 to 21, and he considered wrong. once all done i went to check and the range is 18 to 26, but the answer at age of 18 is a valid one.

any way beside that all was good, and he asked for advice for his next trip to Italy ;)

oh one more thing, although he took digital picture before starting interview, he asked for 2 pictures at the end of the interview, although I was not informed to bring them, I had them with me

let me know if you have any questions

Congrats! Well done,

what kind of other question did you have on civic test and what kind of questions about you and your wife did you have? I remember quite well for example my husbands mom and dad,s name because we visited their graves in Europe last year but actually we do not remind them quite often in our life:)...

he asked where i met my wife, on what day, where we got married, and how long we lived in Italy , and why we decided to move to the states.

than he asked few questions about my job, and finally he went through my trips, he had the list of my trip printed out, and he asked where did I go in March, and i answered back, then he said where did you go in February .... and I replied ' did i go anywhere in febraury ?? ' LoL

he said yes, then i remembered a business trip i had in Febraury , and I said I travelled so much for work this year, and he said , yeah that's good, lot of miles for free trip with family lol

and he was jelous that all my business trip were in business class lol
