Exactly. I keep telling myself that but I'm still so worried and I regret the stupid things I did when I was a teenager. Ugh. Haha I need some z's.

Hi it's been a long time,

 

I just booked my interview day: it's the 5th July, i am crossing fingers !! (my medical exam is the 28th June btw)

OMG I finally have my MTL number! NVC received my petition on the 14th and sent it to Montreal on the 16th! Finally. 

 

So weird though, I called on the 16th and they told me still not received...

I called...but this is such bull...I called last Friday and they told me not received and now I got my case number today and on CEAC it says  ready and case created on May 31st...

I am finishing up my DS160, I believe we do not need our NVC number input there right? Only receipt...As  I am reviewing the DS160 I was looking for the spot for the NVC number and I cannot find it.

What makes some cases leave earlier from nvc compared to others? What do they look for at the nvc?

Sometimes it takes a bit of time before it updates from assigned, to in transit, to ready. Normally it takes 4-5 business days before it gets received from the consulate.

Well it seems like they say a lot but they do not know much...I am not trying to get your hopes up, but I have been told numerous things. I was told once that it was receive don the 31st ...but all other times I have called I was told not received...Friday night I was not received ...and today I have my NVC number and I am ready on CEAC website...Then I asked when was the number assigned and it was on the 14...and sent on the 16th which I called both days and I was told not received...
