Hello everyone congrats to the Noa2's so far it gets me all happy inside to see it haha.

No touches yet, but I feel them lurking in their dark dank alleyways and I am ready for some love ;)

Our estimated time is July 23, but I'm hoping for a surprise come early July.

Anyone see those march filers whose Noa2's where approved in 4 days some 11 and others 13? Is this a misprint? If not I wana know the people they know hahaha. http://k1visastats.com/April.htm

01-03-08 - Arrived in the States on K1

01-28-08 - Got married! :) And applied for SSN in married name

02-04-08 - Received SSN

02-08-08 - Sent AOS package off

02-20-08 - Received at the Chicago Lockbox after 12 days!! :( stupid USPS

02-26-08 - NOAs for I-485 and I-765

02-27-08 - Check cashed

03-14-08 - AOS Transfer notice to CSC

03-21-08 - Sent AP (I-131) package off

03-26-08 - Biometrics complete! AOS and AP show up online

04-04-08 - AOS last touched

04-11-08 - NOA for I-131

04-23-08 - EAD card production ordered!

04-24-08 - AP approved!

05-02-08 - AP recieved

07-03-08 - AOS APPROVED!! Card production ordered! Yay!!

07-11-08 - Greencard received!! :D

2-22-08 - I-485 rev'd

2-27-08 - NOA1

3-17-09 - Transferred to Cali.

4-12-08 - Biometrics

4-22-08 - Touch

4-28-08 - EAD received.

...waiting...

3-04-09 - Had to renew the EAD :(

3-04-09 - Got annoyed at being outside of the processing window

3-04-09 - Called and they confirmed. Will contact me within 45 days.

3-05-09 - Date on the EAD NOA1

3-12-09 - Received a confirmation email that I am outside of the window and will get a decision in 60 days.

3-12-09 - TOUCH!!!

3-27-09 - Touch!

5-09-09 - Randomly received the renewed EAD Card... w/ wrong A# :(.

You are officially the first one I've seen get approved that has dates AFTER me, and is at CSC, so now I'm really chomping at the bit!

me too... but we gotta stay strong! I feel it! it's gotta come in the next few days. Plus, my fiance told me yesterday that he had a dream that i would call him up today and tell him we were approved. That counts for something, right?

Well to follow current trends, rant and then get touched.

When are we going to get a nudge, spank, love tap, even a touch. Give us a touch!

There now all three of us will get touched tomorrow. ;)

Oh, is that how it works? I haven't even gotten a good rant on. surely i haven't ranted sufficiently yet. CSC! Give me touches!!! I want them! If you do not, i'm likely to get angrier tomorrow! And stomp my feet! I might even hold my breath until you give it to me, which probably means i'll be holding my breath until the next presidential election. I am seriously beginning to think that CSC picks our petitions using a complicated mathematical system involving elephants throwing darts.

I consent to battery at this point. CSC, TOUCH ME!! :dead:

04/04/2007: NOA1 (from CSC)

06/27/2007: NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is the RFE trick I've been hearing about when calling the USCIS?

12/13/04 - Met online

04/02/05 - 1st of 5 trips to the Philippines. The last of which I spent 6 months.

Do a search for 'RFE trick', seriously you're like the 10 millionth person to ask that. Also, are you predicting the future with your timeline? That's awesome that you know you sent it the 2nd of July, and even when you will get your NOA1! Why not predict when you'll get your NOA2 and visa too! Haha, just playin around, I know it was a typo. :thumbs:

I had someone contact me a few days ago telling me that even though my case was transfered from NSC onto the CSC I should still put NSC in my time line info. as this will give a more accurate estimate to my petition's approximate adjudication. If I put Nebraska it shows up as July 14th but when I put California it shows up as July 24th.

He says that "once the NSC petitions arrive at CSC they are NOT mixed with the CSC petitions and that they have other groups working them. My case in point is there is too much variation between the CSC timeline average and the NSC averages."

Anyone have an opinion on this? HEHE I know we are all so close to our NO2's at this point maybe it doesn't matter. I'm just trying to pass the time. :):):):):)

Hello all April filers:

We got our approval yesterday (June 25) :dance::dance::dance::dance: . I didn't expect it to be this soon even though I secretly had hoped to see a touch this week.

In tears, I called my other half immediately and he was still in bed. It is the most wonderful feeling in the world realizing we are getting closer to our forever reunion. after 4+ years together, i had to leave and we have been apart for nearly 2 years now.

Now I can only imagine how amazing it must feel when i have a visa in hand, when i get on a plane to come home, and when i see him for the first time at the airport where he sent me off 2 years ago, knowing that we won't be apart again.

I know you are happy for me just the same as i was quietly happy for you when I saw you guys got approved.

This is real !!!

Your happy day will be coming soon -- sooner than you think. :)

4/4/2007 NOA1

6/26/2007 Pete refused entry for visit to US thru Newark

6/26/2007 NOA2 - Approval!! (no emails ot touches)

7/2/2007 Received NOA2 in mail (first of knowing approval)

9/2/2007 Pete feels that we should not marry after being apart for so long and will remain in Wales. Our journey ends a month before interview. My heart breaks.
