Hi everyone

I'm in the USA, married , came under a K1 visa .

Started my AOS in august, got 2 RFES and sent all that was asked for .. In november 4th the USCIS site updated my case to " your case is ready for an interview" im still waiting since then and havent got any letter yet . Its been over a month. The question is : I just moved to another state and went online and change my address , I have a confirmation on my email but I would like to know if there is something else I hAve to do like form etc? Do i have to send any form with my new address and my husbands who is my sponsor or everything is fine ? Thank you everybody

I would call them and inquire to make sure you don't miss your interview letter if it was sent. This is mainly to cover your butt and make sure you don't miss the letter and miss your interview (if there is one).

I-865 is only needed for a sponsor with an I-864 currently in force. OP isn't a permanent resident yet, so the USC is not technically their sponsor yet.

If you got confirmation of your address change, you should be good. I moved as well during the process and all I did was call uscis to confirm my address. I've been "waiting to schedule interview" since October 19th. Don't worry ?
