Hello Guys

I'm going to be a December filer within a few days just waiting on some Affadivit of Supper Letters from 2 friends.

As far as evidence is conserned we live in a joint family system as most South Asian (Indian-Paki) families do and below is what we're submitting.

- Joint Bank Statement (1.2 Years; Monthly Statements) - Took 6-7 months to get GC when she had her POE; but once recieved immediately added

- Joint Investment Account (6 Monthly Statements) - Once we saved enough we opened one

- Married Filing Jointly IRS Transcripts: 2014 & 2015

- GC Front & Back Pic

- My Drivers License & Her State ID Pic - Showing same address

- No Auto Insurance - Because Wife doesn't drive

- No Health - As we go to County Clinics

- No Life Insurance - As I started my own business and building enough income to afford one

- Affidavit from Father - Stating we live with my parents and not responsible for any Mortgage/Rent, Utilities, Cell Phones; with Drivers License of Father showing same address

- Affiddavit from 2 Friends - Who have known me for appox 5-10 years and know about my arranged marraiged

I think the one from my father is more important as it shows why theirs a lack of bills on our names as parents pay for everything, they just want me to focus on building my insurance agency and nothing else. :)

Would this be good enough? I mean living with parents not much we can put under our name anyways.

From my guess it takes about 1 month from NOA 1 date to biometrics according to many timelines here. I'll be leaving the country as well from the Dec 28th to Jan 14th. It's for that reason I'll mail on the 15th shooting for a NOA date between 18th and 20th. I just want to make sure it gets there though before the 23rd so as not to pay for that fee hike.

Getting so impatient waiting for my NOA1. It's technically only the 3rd business day today that USCIS has actually been in possession of my application (I don't know if they operate on weekends). I'm totally fine with the 5-6month wait time for the approval, but I just really want the comfort of knowing that they have my application and that when my green card expires next month I will have the extension letter..

Did anyone else here pay using a Moneygram money order? I keep calling their phone system, but it always says my money order hasn't been cashed yet, but I'm not sure how accurate it is..
