They called Jan 27th already, ours is Jan 24th and still no approval

As predicted the movement of the bulletin was only 2 weeks. I think we're not going to see any major movements (more than 2 to 3 weeks) until after the fiscal year. I hope I'm wrong tho.

Where did you see this? I’m Jan 13 and still no approval..

Approved pd oct 12th csc. Found out thru mail, no email, text or online update

I have sent i130 withdrawal letter but i changed my mind me and my husband get along well now. Is there any way to stop his withdrawal? Please reply fast ASAP

If usps hasn't delivered it u can stop it otherwise, call uscis & speak to an officer. Tell them that it was a heat of the moment thing & c wat thy say. Worst case scenario; you'd have to file a new i-130.

It might already be too late. I believe once they receive that, they might return the original documents. Moreover what you did is going to raise a few eyebrows.

Try to call the USCIS as soon as you can and talk to a representative before your request is processed.

My i130 date was filed 25th November 2016, it just got approved now ☺☺☺☺ hope it brings some hope to those still waiting ,my November 2016 filers

November 2016 filer ,just got noa2 over the weekend. The website  hasn't been updated nor was an email sent. Just receipt approved i-130 in mail
