I hope they will start on November petitions soon. My patience starts to run out after almost 6 months of waiting. I know i am not the only one waiting this long..but aaarrrghhhh..

Just wondering if indeed no one got approved May 29 (memorial day)? These holidays drive me crazy, another day they are not working at Nebraska... I really hope Nebraska will start moving to mid November this week... fingers crossed!

Are u saying that receipt number is approved.  What service center.  Because Texas is working on this year

Didn't said  got approved but say got update and that is on Nebraska service centre

My date is nov 25 and there are about 200 I-130 received that day.  ONe requested more info on May. 30.  So guess what. They looking at them now peeps. Use case tracker.  It's a bit useful

No idea! My case is at CSC too and from the VJ timelines and case tracker it looks like they're still on September/random October cases. My PD is 3 Nov and it's already been SO long.  Running out of patience here..there's so much movement for Nebraska; there's even separate threads for it; although I cant seem to find one for California.

As of end of march Csc was working on dec 2016 for citizens and aug for permanent resident.  If u a citizen and u have not heard anything with PD of nov 3. U should call

Would you know what Nebraska is currently working on. What date/ month for citizens? 

Ive been trying to find a place to look this up but haven't been able to...
