Did they keep your passport?

Also, if you would use punctuation, it would be a lot easier to read and understand you :-)

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Ok, well. Administrative processing is not uncommon in a country such as yours. It may take weeks or months before you hear anything else.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Is that's mean the refuse me?

No, it doesn't. It means that they can't make a decision yet. If they didn't ask you specifically to submit more documents, then it is because they need to perform more thorough security checks on your identity. This can take a long time, that's why they gave you your passport back.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Is that's mean the refuse me?

Might be helpful to have your wife come on the forum especially if she is a native English speaker. The immigration issues can be confusing and sometimes require a sophisticated level of English.

You are in administrative processing and it could take any length of time from one week to years. No one can tell you how long it will take and nothing you do will change the outcome.

It is not a positive sign for brevity of AP that you got the passport back unless of course a denial is imminent.

*~*~*moved from "CR-1 spouse visa process and procedures" to "administrative processing" where people with experience of this situation can offer more help*~*~*

I have moved your post to the "administrative processing" section of the forum. You will find a lot of men from your region of the world go through this situation after the interview. Sometimes it takes a week. Sometimes it takes years. No one can really say. It is not necessarily a denial though. It's not because they don't think your relationship is genuine. It's because of security checks on your background.

The Co did not say why he put me under Ap he didnt say if I am refused or approved he didnt say anything to me too...maybe its for the security and background checks i really dont know...maybe its the same with you...after a while they have to contact you to tell you the reason or maybe they will look for additional evidence or documents. I hope at the end you will be issued...what does your CEAC status says?
