Glad to join NOV filers group, together, we are stronger! My AOS package was delivered on 23rd Nov and still waiting for email/Text notices, I was so worried about it but after reading your experiences, I feel better now, maybe being patient is a good way to get relief. Good luck to all of us!

Aloha! Just found this thread this morning as I'm getting concerned about not hearing anything back from USCIS yet. Our AOS materials were also received in Chicago on 11/23 (day before Thanksgiving)...glad to see most folks filing in November are experiencing 2-3 week wait times for checks to be cashed and NOA. We'll be patient for now!

Status online updated. It's showing 3 movements for the expedite request:

- Assigned to officer for response;

- We sent a response to your request;

- Your request was completed.

The good: They used the documentation I included to adjudicate the request and didn't request any more evidence. So they thought they had enough information to decide.

The bad: I have NO IDEA whether or not it was granted or denied. I'll have to wait for the letter in the mail... Does anyone know if the status showed for a grant or denial of expedite requests are the same or not?

Oh, okay then. So there's really no way to know until I get the mail...

Thank you!! It's nice to have your support.

I'm slightly optimistic as usually they request more evidence before denying to give the applicant an opportunity to strengthen the case. But I'm still not celebrating anything as I don't want to be disappointed lol

I called their customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. 1 for English, 2 for getting case status, put in the receipt number, then after it reads you the current status, you press 3 to report a problem with your case, which will redirect you to a human. Good luck!

You have to file I-751 in the 90 days prior to the conditional green card expiring.

You have to file I-751 in the 90 days prior to the conditional green card expiring.

The question was. What is the starting date for the conditional 2 years green card. If it is the marriage date? Or the date when green card if given.

It's the date the adjustment of status is approved.
