Hi guys!

I have sent the package to Chicago Illinois on 14th of November 2016 and UPS tracking show that they have signed on 16th of November 2016.

Today is the 2 of Dec and check has not been cashed and no sms or Email yet!

Do I call them?

Kindly guide

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

Hi guys!

They will only look into it after you've been waiting for 30 days after they received it :(

Received 3 texts and 3 e-mails, one NOA1 e-notification for each form.

Status online is showing:

I-485 - Fingerprint fee was received

I-765 - Case was received

I-131 - Case was received

All of them "last updated" yesterday. I don't see anything about the expedite request I included with it, so I'm gonna call them ASAP and place a service request.

It won't be considered until after biometrics...

That's the only updated you'll get for I-1765 and I-131 until approval.

Did you also send evidence for wanting an expedition?

Thanks! Biometrics was super easy. There was nobody else there when we got there and it literally took 10-15 minutes.

I called them right now and successfully placed an expedite request. Was told by the representative the deadline to have a response for it is 5 straight days - in my case, 12/07. When I check the case online, now the request is showing and I can track it.

That's the only updated you'll get for I-1765 and I-131 until approval.
Did you also send evidence for wanting an expedition?

Yes, I sent an expedite request letter and evidence that my case falls into the expedite criteria. I'm aware they can still decline the request as it is discretionary.

Received the I-797C NOA for biometrics yesterday. The appointment is scheduled for 12/16. No change in online status, and no email/text received when the NOA was presumably sent.

There is no update for Biometrics

Yeah I sent mine to Chicago. I wouldn't worry yet, they don't go through them in exact chronological order, they do them in batches from what I've heard. I'm sure you'll hear back about it soon!
