Hi roselyn, the processing times are as of April 30th, that's when they were working on June 9. So I am hoping the site will be updated this Friday with the new date they are working on. Some posters from June got approved as soon as Feb. So I still have my hopes up that maybe approval will come before 12 months mark.

It was updated April 30th. The expectation is that in the next update it will by for the late June, early July applicants but don't take my word for it.  At this point it is over a year lag. If your extension is about to expire, call for another extension. Also, if you are interested, you may apply fro naturalization

I would take expired gc with extention letter just in case. I made my husband take it when he took a flight from Oregon to California just to be safe.

There is not forum for people that filed in October and since I filed the documents on October 31 I guess I can ask all of you to forgive me one day and make me part if this group. I am getting impatient I got my extended permission but I still don't have any answer about when there is going to be an interview. My bio-metric appointment was cancelled since they waived because they are using my fingerprints from the first time I presented for the green card (the keep my money though)

Anyways, is there any reason why this process is taking so long? My sister also applied and she got her permanent residency within 5 months I am talking this happened 5 years ago.

Its rare to get an interview for ROC, however one October filer did get an interview which took place in May and now is in possession of their GC.  Never heard of a bio-metric appointment being waived, although I am not saying it doesn't happen, after all the USCIS is a conundrum, wrapped up in my mystery, surrounded with enigma.

Vermont are taking around 11 months and California around 13 months, but that is always subject to change and yes its annoying especially when like I you want to plan a vacation (mine for xmas) and you don't know if they will suddenly call you for an unexpected interview.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

USA citizen as of 25th of July 2018. :)

Hello so lawyer said that he is not yet eligible for naturalization and he would need to take the test in English, so my husband has a lot of studying to do for some years. But he said he will look into the naturalization and see. I will let you know what he says.

I need to update my address with USCIS. I can see that I need to file an AR-11 form, but I cannot seem to find a definitive answer on whether I can file it online or if I need to mail a paper copy to my USCIS center - does anyone have any clear clues? thanks in advance!
