It seems you still got 13 months 8days (11 months to 21yrs + 2 months 8 days as CSPA benefits) in your hand before getting aged out and according to visa bulletin for Dec 2016 PD for 22 feb is current and you are only one month away to be current so dont worry even if it will take 13 months to become current again you will be safe for one more year as your age freezes for one year as and when your PD becomes current so dont worry.

Do you know how will they review my case?

same category, F2A, priority date 21 September 2015, i130 approved 1 February 2016, I'm currently 20 yrs and 9 months old. I'm turning 21 on February 12th 2017

However, I already filled adjustment of status application and I'm waiting for biometrics appointment letter now. Do they still can switch me to category F2B or not anymore since I sent I-485?

F-1 visa/status, F2A category - child under 21 yrs old of permanent resident

AOS (i485, i131, i765) package received October 7th 2016

Biometrics appointment November 22nd but did walk-in November 16th

service request December 21st (75th day) - answer case within current processing time

January 6th service request online (91st day)

got answer on January 12th that my case is on hold because they sent me RFIE on November 3rd and I haven't answered yet...I never got any letter, no updates on website, when I was calling them no one told me that they are waiting for answer for RFIE, they kept saying my case is under review

january 26th USCIS received my answer for RFIE

March 10th EAD/AP approved

March 17th combo card mailed

March 22nd combo card received

Your I-485 needs to be approved before you turn 21 plus about 4 months.

how long does it usually take for approval? also, probably I won't have an interview since I'm a child of permanent resident and they usually give interview waiver for these cases

It took USCIS about 2 months and 7 days to approve the I-130. Your PD must be current before you turn 21 years, 2 months, and 7 days in order for you to qualify for a green card. If your PD is not current by then, your case will become an F2b case.

You've just turned 20 and your PD will probably be current on Feb. 1, 2017, so you will to worry about aging out. CSPA will lock your age in once your PD becomes current.

No. His PD needs to be current before his CSPA age reaches 21 in order for him to qualify for a green card. The I-485 does not need to be approved before his CSPA is over 21. CSPA locks in his age based on when his PD becomes current. The I-485 can be approved years from now and he would still qualify based on his CSPA age being locked under 21 when the PD became current.
