Btw, website says ''Field Office Processing Dates for Nebraska Service Center as of: August 31, 2016'' so it hasn't been updated for almost 2 months.

If thats true then September filers can keep their fingers crossed for so good new soon :)

Well some people from May (and even as far as March) are still waiting for NO2 from Nebraska. Lots of us have been transferred this week also, so I would not expect any NO2 this month for a July Prior

That's only 3 months. You need to be a little bit more patient. You will probably get a response in December or if you're lucky in November. Good luck!

No you didn't get it. My PD is July 11th and haven't heard anything yet. They were processing PD April 2nd by the end of August. So they might be processing June filers now and I guess it's too early for September filers but hey you never know some people get approval in 2-3 months but some in 5 months.

The way USCIS processing times are updated is as follows:

The processing times are updated around 15th of each month for the previous complete month. i.e. there is always around 45 days difference between the "updated on" date and the "processing date as of". Last time when it was "updated on September 15, 2016"; the data was update "as of date July 31, 2016".

I was reading that some of the september filers from this year are seeing succes already too, so they are definately further along than april 02.

I think it's insanity in such a stressful people not to update the website for ovver 2 months.

I see such success with apps and the website but I cant even get my receipt number to work. any thoughts?

Hi everyone I'm brina29,just start my son i-130 which is at Nebraska waiting noa1,my husband did mine last year an the entire process took ten months so I'm hoping for the same with my son he's 4 yrs old can't wait for my baby to be home.

A NOA1 should be sent out to you in a week or so, but the Nebraska branch is overloaded with so much petitions that, it might take them approximately 5 months to give you a NOA2.

this may very be my last post here. 2 weeks ago I was unexpectedly served divorce papers, by my soon to be ex husband.... and among other things I discovered that the I 130 petition filed in July 2015 had been approved since October 2015 and had been at NVC since december1 2015. My husband had been feigning and lying to me about this for about a year now. Even going as far as to reassure me that the paperwork is out of his immediate control. I pray the courts annul the marriage, rather than to grant a divorce
