Good day! Has anyone here had the same situation as ours? My husband is under the F2a category and will be interviewed on Oct 1,2019 in the US Embassy Singapore. Yesterday, the embassy asked us to submit CENOMAR but it should be sent directly to the embassy by the PSA/NSO from the Philippines. I applied for the CENOMAR online and used the FEDEX courier service for it to be faster. However, I am wondering if It is right that I put my husband’s name for the requestor’s name then the US Embassy Singapore’s address for the delivery address. Is this how it’s supposed to be done? Please help! I read that the requestor’s name should be the same as the FEDEX account holder’s name which is why I did that.

Hello @Greenbaum & @Hank_

I really appreciate your willingness to help.

I was just reading this conversation, and we're planning on using https://www.psaserbilis.com.ph/Secure/Delivery.aspx for our AOM. Since it's COVID we want to do it online.
I saw that they send you AOM/CEMAR straight to US Embassy. But how does this work?
Does the embassy notifies us when they get our AOM? What if we got to the interview and they lost our AOM or something?
Is there a way that psaserbilis can deliver to my wife's house?

Thank you in advance!

Wow the whole team is here!
Really appreciate all your help.

I see. Good to know. I think my question really is how does it work if you send it straight to the embassy?
Because in here:https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/MNL-Manila.html?fbclid=IwAR0DWqNzSTg_JGHpkITX0jCCzsYD2Qwd0VFbBCJHDeW9d0Dr6L7qamvDGsE

They recommend it being sent straight to the embassy.
