DS 260, Documentation of Vaccination in accordance with U.S Law

Hi,
In the family based DS 260 immigration visa application form, a field asks, 'Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?' This is a Yes/ No answer question.
If the applicant, his spouse and all his children received vaccinations and have documents in accordance with the law of their native country (say, India), should he answer this question Yes, or No?
Thanks for any help.

Well, do the vaccinations they have reflect the vaccinations that the US wants? Then answer yes.

If not, it won't jeopardize the application if they don't have them and truthfully answer no. They will just require them to have the vaccinations done at some point.

Everyone overthinks this question, but it's not a big deal! Answer whichever fits their situation.
