Good day. I just want to ask for help. My fiance who is in US received already an email notification that i am eligible for visa interview but before that I should pay first the visa fee. Now that im done with the visa fee and ds-160, my question is can I schedule now for my visa interview or shall I wait for the embassy letter which they called as packet?

05/12/2016 -- I-129F mailed to Lewisville, TX
05/19/2016 -- NOA1 email and text, case routed to California Center (WAC) ==== NOA1 Date 05/18/2016
07/20/2016 -- NOA2 email from USCIS case Status and USCIS App ===== Case approved in 63 Days
08/03/2016 -- NVC Case # and Invoice ID Assigned
08/15/2016 -- Packet 3 Received (email)

09/19/2016 -- Finally the embassy open interview date after long wait ... 35 Days (interview scheduled for Oct 10)

10/05/2016 -- Medical done. but no sealed envelope given.

10/10/2016 -- Interview day 1 ( pay the fee, deliver paperwork, finger printed ... and told to comeback tomorrow to be interviewed by a CO )

10/11/2016 -- Interview day 2 ( AP with g221 for missing medical )

10/19/2016 -- VISA ISSUED

03-24-2015 : B1/B2 issued date
02-26-2016 : Visited my aunt in Corpus Christi
02-27-2016 : Meet Ryan and he asked me out 
03-30-2016 : He proposed before I left U.S.
04-01-2016 : I left U.S. I wish I had enough days to marry him.
But, I have a very important business meeting to physically attend in Cebu on 04/04. I also have a business trip due in Japan for May 2016. 
Circumstances lead me to K-1.

Yes, for K1 visa if you have already paid fee you can schedule interview. Don't wait for packet.

I have another question. This is for the affidavit of support. I read some blogs that i should be notarized. Is it true coz the affidavit of support that my fiance gave is not notarized. He just signed it and sent to me together with his W-2 and 1040 and also his recent paystubs. Do i need to send it back to my fiancee to get notarized?
