NOIR from USCIS

Hello good people, thank you all for all your help and contributions you suggest to us on here. I am back to tell what NOIR content is. First of all I never knew the counselor officer can lie and lie cheaply. She made accusations that

1. My wife never came back to Ghana after our marriage which is not true because we even gave them the copy of her visas for both times that she was we me and her flight tickets.

2. She said I don't know the job my wife does,I don't know her colleagues at work,I don't even know her hobbies and I don't know her friends.which is a blatant lie because she never ask any question concerning those.

3. She said we don't have communication history which truely we never submitted because we didn't know we had to send it, our Facebook chat alone we can't even print because is over 10 000 pages and there is WhatsApp and on chats.

4. She she don't understand how we met through someone who does not live in the same state with my wife.

5.she said how can we get married in January 2014 and submit I130 in march.

6.she said how can I have more men at my wedding and not many women.

7.she said there were not elderly people at our wedding which is not true.

8. She said why do I said my baby mama parents don't have issues with why I marry someone else. How am I suppose to tell you what cause my relationship failure with my baby mama.

Pls saying all this to give you all an insight to what the counselor and now I want guidance as to what to submit to USCIS and what not please. Is urgent and I am really counting on you all because they deliberately want lie and make our case look bad. Thank you and God bless you all

If these points are all untrue, refute them with evidence to USCIS.

Thank you and yes we are ready to give them all and more but some of the allegations can't be proved by material evidence. Like talking about me not knowing my wife hobbies and friends and work and working colleagues and also about what my baby mama parents thinks about me are all issues that don't need material evidence to prove. I am so sorry you're going through this. The embassy is definitely tough and it can be frustrating. One thought I had...do you have any conversations showing you two talking about hobbies, friends, work stuff? Maybe that can show that you have discussed those topics and do know it about your wife.

Yes we do and her friends and family are all ready to give letters to testify how much they know us

If possible can you get a letter of affidavit from your baby mom's parents in re to your character,(the type of person you are) and that you have their blessings in marrying someone else other than their daughter?

1. You have evidence for this, tickets and visas.

2.Submit conversations of chats highlighting her hobbies, friends, job, colleagues mentioned and affidavits of her friends.

3.You messed up not front loading your petition with a communication history from beginning to end so you have to submit them now

for the NOIR response.

Take pages from a variety of communication and rotate them around so that you have daily communication from day one to current,

(Fb chats, What'sApp, etc.)

4.She can narrate exactly how you met and have the person who you met through write an affidavit attesting to that fact.

5. Fact is you did and have evidence.

6.Submit a guest list with addresses and phone numbers of all guests and submit photos of female guests if you have them.

7.same as 6.

8. Sorry I don't understand all the baby momma stuff. I don't know who your baby momma parents are.

Your ex's parents or current wife's parents which you would refer to as in laws ? Why did you tell the CO they don't mind you are in

a new relationship ? You asked "how are you supposed to tell you what caused the relationship failure ?" Well you simply state the reason.

Since your wife is supposed to do the rebuttal why is she not on here asking some questions ?

You both need to discuss this as a team and have her type a clear written response without misunderstandings and not this whole

'baby momma parents' kind of thing which is very confusing.

If she can't do this then she needs to get a lawyer to pull this together. Take this seriously, it is your last shot for this petition

or it will be denied.

Your wife has recieved the NOIR as you know the reasons

She has 30 days to respond to this and refute the reasons and only 30 days

they must receive it by the 30th day of the letter date

so, tell her, gather up all this evidence and submit it

This is not pleasant for any of us to go thru but you need to fight together if you want to be with her

and you do not have a lot of time to respond especailly with a 3 day holiday coming up in the US

We are now submitting it to the USCIS plus other documents

Thank you soo much to everyone here. We have submitted all what prove we have got and we have beaten the deadline by 11 days. My wife submit 1 week chat from every month on Facebook for 4 years now. Because wen she estimated a year chat was 3738 pages for a year and she can't print all. We also added affidavit from my family friends and colleagues who were at the wedding, my wife family too wrote affidavit, we added receipts of packages I always sent to my wife,receipts of us visiting tourist sites,she have me as a 100% beneficiary of her retirement, she has $50000 insurance on me,she added receipts of support she have given me,she added over 250 pics of our wedding and trips, wedding invitation card, her flight tickets,invitations I always send for her to get her visa,our post on Facebook. I wrote letter explaining all the findings and how I met my wife and at what point we fell in love. I also out questions that was never asked me at the interview and they claim they asked me.I just hope we and pray we have given enough evidence to support our case. Any advice...
