You'll have to wait for the letter in the mail to tell you what you need to send.

What did you send with your original petition package?

It's an RFE. There must be more than what you are stating here. Isn't there something specifically stating what they want you to provide.

You have received a request for evidence from USCIS; therefore, you should expect to get a letter in the mail asking for addition documents for your case. One would get an RFE (request for evidence) if USCIS believes that the evidence that you initially sent with your petition is insufficient. So, once you receive the RFE in the mail, you should immediately send out whatever it is they asked for in the letter.

The beneficiary's passport wasn't required unless you are using it to show travel history to see you.

Has either of you been married before?

Did you send translations of all non-English language documents?

It could be that you skipped a question.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

I believe they might be asking for more evidence of a bona fide marriage. Photographs and letters are good, but what would be better is if you show that there is co-mingling in finances and bills, and that there is an on-going relationship. So you can send bank statements or utility bills that show both your name and your spouse's name, and if you have any chat logs that would be great.

I see, we did not send any copy of email or chatlog as you said. However we also have some of airmail, greeting card, and some receipt of western union do you think it could be used ?

Was the marriage certificate in a foreign language?

Yes it is. But i also sent the copy of English version and note.

I hope you keep us posted. I am especially interested as I will be filing my CR-1 in 10 days. Your checklist of items sent seems good. Have you recently married? Did you provide wedding photos? Copies of boarding passes for when you went there?

Yes, I think you can send copies of any letters/cards that you have sent each other, any receipts of any money transfers, emails/ chat logs, even boarding passes of a recent trip to see your spouse. If you have any children together you can send a copy of the birth certificate. Letters/affidavits, although good to have, don't really hold that much weight in terms of evidence of a bona fide marriage. The best evidence would be co-mingling of finances. Like I said, what USCIS wants to see is solid proof of a marriage entered in good faith, and has an on-going relationship & communication.
