Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

Maybe not I omited my fiance' place of birth on the i 129 and i called them and they told me to send a letter explaining and ask them to update the info. I am going to try and beat them to the punch. Crossing al my fingers and toes???

Send it to the service center address not the locked box address

Looks like I will be getting an RFE. We seemed to not see where it asked for my social security number. BOOOO!!!! I notice NOW. Ugh!

were humans if anything ull just have to send back that page of the form and send it back , did you try researching the potential of RFE here yet? I pretty much did some deep digging of my own for my own miner mistake which was my fiances passport style photo being 3.5cm by 4.5cm but i think ill be fine with what ive research on here , uscis, and on other resources , no worries=)
