I'm anxiously waiting for my case numbers to work at the USCIS website. It's been exactly 52days since they got my application for AOS, EAD and AP and until now i haven't heard anything from them. (refer to my signature for my timeline)

I know it's normal to wait more days to call but i notice those who filed later than me have their case numbers working. I'm not so sure if i should call them too 'coz some says there really is no point in calling them.

Is there anyone here in the same situation as me? Hopefully we can get each other updated and hear good news asap.

Just relax, Have more patience. Your one of the fliers that are not lucky to have it updated but many of us are the same. Your case will only be updated when it will have an RFE, approved etc etc. See my signature below also.

Call USCIS. There are indeed many people (including myself) whose case # are not working however since you passed 45 days mark you should call them. :) I was told today (I called for a different reason) that if my cases won't start working within 10 days that I need to give them call especially for the one employment authorization because they have a relatively small window when it comes to AP and EAD (EAD especially)

I-130 sent: 28th of October, 2015

You are not alone. My PD is June 7 and none of my MSC numbers still don't work. I called a few hours ago about it and all they could tell me was that if I haven't received any RFE or anything like that after doing my Biometrics then there should be nothing wrong and all I have to do is wait. The rep did say however that they have a heavy work load and things are moving slow and the tear 2 reps weren't taking any more calls for the day so the best that she could do was to open up a service request and I should expect a call back in 3-5 days. So I guess we just have to be a bit more patient.

Our EAD and AP numbers are still not working after 95 days.

I-485 was not working and updated after 43 days to ready to be scheduled for interview.

I was told by tier 1 last week that they have thousands and thousands of receipt numbers not working. So we are not alone in this issue at all.

AOS from K1

4/20/16: Package delivered

4/27/16: NOA1

5/23/16: Biometrics

6/3/16: Ready for interview status on I-485

7/5/16: SR1 filed (over 75 days)

7/26/16: SR2 filed (over 90 days) - 96 days

so i just called USCIS and they transferred me to Tier 2 rep but i had to wait for their call back. They said the wait time is 31minutes and I've been waiting for now than an hour now and still nothing. Idk what to do now it seems like the odds are so against me. i'm getting worried about my case now. Until now none of my case numbers are working. What makes me anxious even more is that those who filed way later than i did have updates and i'm just here going crazy waiting for nothing. :crying::crying::crying:

There is also people way before who's receipts aren't working... It's a glitchy system there are people who cases never worked but have there green card in hand... Trust me once your receipts do start working you will most likely go months and months without any update... Seeing the status is peace of mind but trust me it can make you more anxious!!!! Teir 2 will call you back the estimated time is usually not accurate they usually call about double the estimated time... Once they told me 52mins and 3hours later I got the call

Thank you so much. I just can't stop and I'm so eager to get any update for my case. I guess I'll just have to keep my patience longer and hope for any updates soon. I guess being at home and not being able to do makes me crazy. Also all the unexpected events that's been happening. ? Hopefully at least the EAD card will arrive in the mail soon. ??

Hi, Yes they started working around 7am eastern, when I woke up around 430am they were not working though, so it was just updated today 07/26/2016.

5/31/16 Date on I-131, I-485, I-765
6/14/16 NOA-1 I-797C received for I-485, I-765 and I-131 - no E-confirmation was received :(
6/28/16 Biometrics letter received
7/06/16 Biometrics appointment
7/26/16 All 3 receipt numbers finally show up at USCIS online case status check
8/17/16 EAD status changed to card is being produced, AP status changed to RFE
8/17/16 same day later in the evening both EAD status and AP status changed to Approved
8/19/16 EAD status changed - card was mailed
8/23/16 EAD/AP card delivered :dancing:

9/06/16 AOS approval in the mail received

9/10/16 Green Card received :)
