A wise superior told me,take 1 month off and if it works out send a resignation letter but I was like Nooo,this is a forever done deal,here is my resignation and took off to here knowing i'd have to start all over again now I feel like nothing worst offor all I feel sorry for my unborn child,i'm crippled with helplessness but I will keep trying with him ,fingers crossed ,adversity just makes one stronger :(

In TX the divorce won't be final anyway while you are still pregnant. So there is that.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Sorry to hear that.
If you have an interview both of you need to be there for it.
If he pulls the affidavit of support or refuses to attend the interview then you can't adjust status.
If you get the green card in the mail soon then you can ROC with a divorce waiver as long as you can prove

that it was a good faith marriage. Any joint and co mingled evidence helps (finances, jointly filed taxes etc), take a look

at the ROC guide, I know that is far away but the gathering of evidence must start from the inception of marriage.
As for the here and now try to make it work with marriage counseling.

Biometrics : June 1, 2015 letter received for appointment June 8, 2015, successful walk-in June 1, 2015

RFE : June 12, 2015 for income not meeting guideline. Income does ( ! ) exceed guideline.

RFE response : June 26, 2015 returned with a boat load full of financial evidence.

UPDATE: July 5, 2015 updated on all 3 cases, RFE received June 30, 2015.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

UPDATE: Aug 24, 2015, EAD card being produced/ordered. ( 102 days from AOS receipt day and 55 days from RFE response received.) Thank you Jesus !

Emails : Aug 24, 2015, EAD approved, EAD card ordered.

I-797 EAD/AP approval notice received : Aug 27, 2015

Renewal EAD in production notification text and online, expedite successful 4 days after RFE request response was faxed, Aug25mailed,Aug29received.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

just sick and tired ,I don't know,should v stayed where I was with a wonderful career and good pay,thought love was enough but not enough for people I guess...

First, calm down. You have a little life who can feel his mother's heartbreak.

Second, I am sure that you are trying for your marriage. Just relax and do olnot engage. If he picks an argument, don't engage. Also you don't pick any arguments either. Find yourself some non strenuous activities to stay occupied. The more time idle time that either of you have, the more opportunity to work each other's nerves. Right now a green card is not your main concern. Your baby is your main concern, followed by your health, followed by your relationship with your husband, then your green card. Work you life from that aspect. Still keep house or whatever but protect your health by not arguing and not engaging and finding yourself activities

I am so sorry to hear that, my heart breaks for you. I don't know the reason of the break up so I can only give you a general advice. Try to give both of you some space and when both parties are more calm, have a discussion. Set a date, go to a cafe or whatever works for you and start it casually and gradually go to the heart of the matter. Problems do have a solution. Do your best to work it out. Remember, a relationship is for two. It takes two to tango. One can't ever be the only one making it work. You got this! :) message me if you need someone to talk to! <3 hugs
