Just park your car in front of your house, or partially block his, he seems passive-aggressive at best, it may be legal to park in front of you s but kind of snarky on his part

This reminded me of when I was an au pair in Arlington, VA. My host family and their neighbor shared the driveway and more than once when I was heading out to pick the youngest up from kindergarten their landscaper had parked their big truck in the middle of the driveway. The pain was trying to explain to someone who barely spoke English that he was in the way...

Those pesky foreign landscapers.... Have no respect for rules of the road.. Or in this case off road.

I hope you suitably managed to navigate around the situation by use of hand gestures... Seems to work for me on my travels. (Not that I meet many landscapers on my breaks anyway)

That way you at least didn't get into trouble with your employers picking up the precious little one.
