oh man, that may be a tough buy there. i was reading about a potential bee shortage in this country.

One of my hobbies is re-enacting/living history and I have spent a lot of time doing primitive camping and at various times have had the chance to try a lot of different foods. I have eaten snake, frog, squirrel, rabbit, goat, mutton, venison, buffalo, elk, wild boar, turtle, eel, dried ostrich jerky, dried alligator jerky, emu, conch, squid, shark, a variety of game birds like partridge and pheasant, and being of Scottish descent - haggis, tripe, Lambfries (lamb testicles), and blood pudding (don't care for it). Kidneys, liver, headcheese, pickled pig's feet, beef and pork tongue and beef and pork hearts, chicken hearts, livers and giblets, etc were all a regular part of my diet growing up.

I haven't eaten bugs by choice, but have accidentally swallowed them when they have flown in my mouth. The less said about them, the better!

We were at Oxford University in the UK and our professor said we had to be respectful and eat what was on our plate. I don't know what do they call that intestine thing slimy lining thing? I ate it but ewww sorry UK folks.

Then I guess my list is nothing special, relatively standard.

Heart from sheep, cow, and goat

Sheep tongue

Sheep brain

Goat meat is pretty good.

No bugs that I know of.

Willing to try somethings, but not so interested in bugs, raw meats, sea beings, and internal organs of anything. I'm not sure which heart came from which animal, so I'm not sure which kind of heart was better, I think I preferred one of them. Not so thrilled with tongue and brains, but I would eat heart again.
