You don't need a police certificate for this part of the process. If you can get something that says she's an authorized user on your accounts, that would be helpful. The authorized user agreement perhaps?

There are threads here on how to get any sort of chat history – if you use it, I'm sure some other couple does, as well :) The wisdom that I've seen here is to submit a selection that spans the course of your relationship.

Police certificate(s) is/are required from the beneficiary at the NVC stage. No need to do anything with that now.

You can try contacting the credit card company and see what they're able to send you. It's likely they have some form letter for these situations stating, e.g., _____ was added to the account as an authorized user on _____. I've seen posts from others who have sent in images of the two cards with the same card number on them. Not sure which would be considered stronger evidence.

Don't forgot the I-130 form.

Yes yes i do have it but forgot to put it into the List but thank you!

I am trying to do that! Hopfully they have something! Otherwise i could do pictures i guess!

-- Do you guys think with a document showing shes on my cc account + some random chatlogs would be enough with what im already submitting?

Yes if you can submit something showing she's an authorized user on your CC account, certainly submit that. We didn't bother with chatlogs or emails, but I had them in case we had an RFE or something. I just didn't like submitting something personal when I'm from a low fraud country. Often how much you submit depends on the country.

Yes i am working on the CC account but you think the account would be enough with the rest? She is from the Netherlands so i think that's a low fraud country ;D

Yeah pretty low. LOL That would be enough IMHO, but if you get an RFE submit emails or chat stuff.

LOL means yes, it's low. It's the Netherlands. No worries.

zero reason to black out the cards. US government employees aren't going to steal your identity or use the cards; and they could get the information if they wanted.

You will eventually need a police certificate for her, since she is the beneficiary, but not at this stage. You will not need to submit one as the USC (petitioner)

I think what you have is good so far, definitely try to get something that says she's on your credit card (or scanned copies of both your cards with the same account number and maybe a bill showing both cards use the account).

Do you have mail or any cards addressed to both of you? (wedding gifts/cards, bridal shower/wedding invitations sent out to guests, etc)

I agree with others that chat logs/etc are super personal, so if there is no need to send them don't worry too much about that type of evidence. We didn't send chat logs or any sort of social media info (married forever though). However, if she's on your cell phone plan-- include that. Or if you call each other using the same phone numbers (your cell phone calling hers + vice/versa), you could get a copy of your cell phone bills.

Anything that states the spouse as an emergency contact works as well (employment application/insurance/etc)

Based on everything I've read that sounds pretty reasonable to me. I wouldn't include things like chat logs at this stage...that's kind of digging deep if you don't have much other evidence.

Some things to think about. How long have you been together? Any time living together? Proof would include things like a joint lease or joint mortgage.

Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but your airline tickets suggests that you've only met in person twice? If so, that could be a bit of a red flag to get married after only two meetings. In that case, you might want to dig a bit deeper on evidence.
