Just a heads up for people in London.

I got our NOA1 on the 9th June and today I got the visa interview at the London Embassy for the 18th October!

A lot quicker than expected!

So I booked my medical on the 27th of September...thinking the wait on the Visa interview would be longer...Got my interview today...on the 27th of September at the same time. Managed to change the medical appointment. So all happening here :D

well they said to wait to book the medical but when I rang up 2 weeks ago...2 weeks the nearest appointment was 3 weeks away....so I just booked in with the hope of changing. I made it fit into work...which worked well because now the interview is on that date. Will just have to be a little more patient now!

OH absolutely...it was just the conflicting medical/interview but it has been sorted. I guess Sydney is just on the ball with these things. There actually appear to be a lot of us...hoping I get my passport back in a month as I am going on a holiday. Most people say they are back in a week. So I hope its all good.

That's great to know! I've been wondering how far in advance Australia has interviews.... My embassy is Perth though and I still haven't been able to figure out if they do K1 interviews there... Oh well. At least if he has to fly to Sydney at least we know the appointments aren't months into the future :) congratulations to you guys.

Sorry to hear that ;( as i went thru nvc website today i noticed a message saying that customer svc will be unreachable on 9/15 so for some reason maybe it has also delayed cases update but you might want to give them a call again and ask for news, i used a free app to allow me to call for free
