Still nothing on my end about the EAD/AP, I think I'll just have a longer talk with the wife tonight and let her know we need to do the SR and find out what is happening....feeling worried.

I just put the descriptive statistics together myself, not realising that you had done something similar. I think we came out with identical interpretations.

My AOS, EAD and AP package was received on May 31st but our receipt date is June 6th, so I think we looked into a very similar group of cases. I looked at 200 cases starting at MSC1691136980

Let's see how those numbers move during the next couple of weeks.

I was traveling the last two days and went to mi mailbox and found both notices for my EAD and AP.

I'm also applying to AOS after a K1 Visa. So your news made me look into the USCIS tracker. Searching for 200 cases around mine only 56 are for AOS and from those, 37% of us are still in the "Fingerprint Fee was Received" zone. I'm crossing my fingers and hopefuly, best case scenario I will get the the interview waivered too!

Please let us know when you get the Green card!!!

Congratulations to everyone. I'm so happy for the great news.

On another note. We still haven't replied to the RFIE, cause husbands job is ridiculous. Even when we mentioned it's important we still haven't heard anything. If it wasn't for that employment letter, I was ready to respond the next day. Sorry about the rant. Knowing that these lazy **** might slow down my EAD aggravates me so much

Anyway. Everyone enjoy their approval. Hopefully all of us start getting notifications for that. Seems like June fillers are on the quick side. ?

Ours hasn't been touched since June 1 when it was received...still waiting patiently. I want to do a service request but the wife doesn't and since it's her EAD/AP I will abide by her wishes. She said we will wait until next Monday which should be around the 90 day mark. Just hoping something happens this week, hehe!

Oooffff that's long but approaching soon your 90 days mark.. Some field offices are slower than others... Finger crossed we hear soon. My husband is super anxy from not working.

I get on via a tracker on android, also the uscis website and plus I have an account for us with the cases on the uscis website.

The cases around mine on the tracker shows approved, but close to 80 below mine some are still june 1, then some around 100 above are showing may 31 and june 1. So I can not find any rhyme or reason on how they assign numbers or work their cases. I thought uscis went in order unless you get a RFE or RFIE but that just doesn't appear to be correct.

As an update, my EAD/AP was approved on Friday and has read "Case was approved" on both cases. About 20 minutes ago, the status for my EAD updated to "Card was mailed to me" (for those looking back at this post, today is a Wednesday). Consequently, it took 5 days for the card to be mailed out to me (I'm unsure if the weekend affected this or not).

As of yet, the MyUSPS Dashboard has not been updated with the tracking number for the EAD card package but hopefully the tracking number will pop up overnight tonight otherwise I'll call USCIS tomorrow and ask. If you don't know what the MyUSPS Dashboard is then I've including the link above - it basically is an online service that let you see what USPS tracked packages are heading towards your address. Easy to set up (though I had to set it up in my wife's name as I don't have much identity history in the US for the USPS to verify for my identity!).

I have been stalking my email the last few days waiting for news. Just because of your happy post I decided to go to the app and YES: they received our response to the Request for Evidence for Form I-485.

"Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again."

No text or email even though I have both registered for notifications but as you said, Simon, it might take a bit longer to get those.

I feel so relieved! At least it's moving again! ?

So happy for all and I checked mine too just in case and they have received my RFIE....glad its in progress but short lived and the worry starts again that I included everything. Oh...and buying a house tonight....you would think that the house would be more stressful ....I have officially become, 'obssessed'.

Good idea. When we called to inquiry about fingerprints results, the gentleman indicated that if we don't hear on the 76th day we can do a inquiry of the case (service request?) for them to review what's happening. So you guys have past that mark. I would definetly do it.

After looking At some timelines, VJ seems to be calculating the approved of EAD from the files date people entered. I am counting from my receipt date... I thought we count from received date in our notices.. Sorry I am just planning ahead to see what our next step should be if we do SR. My husband has missed many job offers bc no permit ?
