hi all am new here , need to ask couple of questions i submit my aplication on august 2015 case was received on sep 8 2015 to uscis ....... yesterday received a letter they need more proofs i already submit all my proofs now if any budy can give me idea what kind aditional proofs they are asking for ???

You have to tell us:

1. What exact evidence you sent, and

2. What the RFE letter says exactly.

You are not alone in getting an RFE. We sent our ROC back in Sept 2015 and got an RFE a few weeks ago for more proof of financial commingling. Obviously we didn't send enough documentation. Below is a list of what we sent (original in green - RFE response in red).

Our original petition was about 200 pages and our RFE response was about 500 pages. My advice is to read the RFE and send every page of every document you have on that RFE list going back to your wedding. For us this meant sending every page of every bank and credit card statements, including transaction pages. If you don't feel you have anything new to add, send a detailed letter explaining why. Good luck and feel free to reach out directly if you have more detailed questions.

Sent 2013 & 2014 again plus 1040, W2, and other tax docs for 2015

6. Copy of current joint car insurance policy

Sent copies of insurance cards going back to 2013 to 2016 plus a letter from the insurance company confirming both names on the account back to 2013

7. Summary pages and samples of transactions for joint bank accounts

Sent every page of every savings, checking, and credit card statement plus transaction pages going back to 2013 (these made up about 350 of the 500 additional pages we sent)

8. Samples of lease statements for our apartment (one per quarter)

Sent every monthly statement going back to 2013

9. Copies of joint Flexible Spending Account

10. Copies of joint memberships in wholesale club

11. Copies of itineraries and receipts for recent trips

12. Copies of photos from trips and with family and friends

13. Copies of cards and emails from family and friends

14. Mortgage paperwork adding my husband to the deed (made this change a couple of months after originally submitting ROC)

15. Health insurance info going back to 2013 (didn't originally include since it was part of the AOS packet but we added to RFE response)

16. Utility bill statements (didn't originally include since none of them would put accounts in both names, but we added to RFE response with an explanation plus which joint account these bills were paid out of)

17. Living wills and medical powers of attorney (didn't create these until after originally submitting ROC)

2. What the RFE letter says exactly.

You will have to list exactly what you sent. Your answer doesn't say how many leases, phone bills you sent? How can we know what you mean by 'joint documents'? Please don't be lazy if you want help.

There's your RFE right there. No tax returns sent is an automatic RFE no matter what.
