I called USCIS on Friday because I saw the July 28th dates.  The agent told me it was indeed an error and they are working on fixing it.

Yes, if he's within 90 days of his 3rd anniversary as a permanent resident, he can go ahead and apply for citizenship. It should force them to adjudicate his ROC, and then they can process the N-400. The only downside we've heard (anecdotally, I don't know if this is fact) is that he may not actually receive his 10 year green card (even though it's approved) if he's in line for citizenship. This may mean that it's more difficult to prove his legal status during the time between ROC approval and his citizenship test.

Is your timeline updated?

Oath Ceremony Dec 14th, 2018 I am finally a citizen and done with USCIS for good!

Yeh - I can apply for citizenship at the end of this month should I wish to get my ROC moving but I'm travelling to the UK in March on my extension letter which expires sometime in May. So I'll just wait till I get back from the trip. Who knows my ROC might have been done by then. Having been so calm about it I'm starting to get a bit bugged by the time they're taking (see my sig).

How many times did you guys requested for case inquiry online. I've requested last January but didn't hear anything from them. I've just submitted my 2nd case inquiry today.

Even I did enquiry on Jan & no answer. When I called they said Csc processing dates as of December 31 --- may 16,2016. They said wait ,it's under normal processing times. Even I had seen couple cases which are approved in 6 months and now it's taking longer. God knows whats going on ...

Yayyy - finally. Status update changed this afternoon. Really wondered if I had to go to citizenship to get it moving.

No RFE or interview.

I was one of the first to submit at the beginning of May so if they're supposed to be doing them in order it's a very funny order...

See you all in the citizenship forum soon I guess. I'm going to have a USCIS pause as I have a trip to the UK in March and will wait till after then.

Good luck to those still waiting especially VSC !

What is last date of may approved on this forum , so that we can figured out where they reached ....

The last date on the spreadsheet (of someone who has been approved) is the 27th May but that doesn't really mean anything. I was approved yesterday and I was one of the first in May to apply. If there is any logic to processing it's not based on date.
