That's the current edition (look at the bottom left of any page of the form, ignore the expires date at the top right).

It is not an old one. It is the current form edition. Read through the info on the page you were linked to where you download the form >

07/02/15. We cannot accept previous editions. (The edition date can be found at the bottom of every page on the Form and Instructions.)

Be aware that several new forms now have a bar code at the bottom. This bar code automatically changes if you fill out the form in adobe. Some other readers have issues with the bar code.
