Yaaay, congrats ami!! Wohoo! Weird that they asked you for police clearance, they didn't ask me that. It's suprising how many waiver cases goes smooth including mine!

Lullaby I'd say jist wait. You'll hear soon. They won't tell you more than what the did. 9-12 months and if longer you'll have to get stano. I learned that this is just a waiting game...

No news is good news, I suppose?

Submitted an online enquiry on 11/29/16 and received the following today (12/09/16). At least it has been assigned...

"Type of service requested:

-- Outside Normal Processing Times

The status of this service request is:

Just for kicks...what is the date on your new Green Card? Is it 10 years from the day they told you your card was being issued?

Hi Sukie,

Yes its an additional 10 years from your approval date for me that was 11/30 - so all in you get 12 years 2 pre-ROC and then a brand new shiny 10 year card once approved.

Yes!!

I got a RFE in October, and they received my RFE package on Dec. 2, 2016. It only took them 6 days after they received my package.

It's such a relief. My husband and I were both very stressed out about the RFE, thankfully it went through.

Hope everybody else will have good news soon!!!

I git approval letter yesterday, and the same day I got tracking number for my card. Gc should arrive on Monday. Feels so good. I just have this feeling to keep all the documwnts, k1, aos, and i-751 all the copies "just in case" but I think I won't need them anymore :P

Really? Wow that's insane. It varies case by case.. but really does it take this long to go thrugh case... it must be lost somehwere..

I got gc in mail today. End of journey. Will do citizenship in 3 years. When i think about it, it will be another 3 years since I'm here, but it will be fine. I jist think how much might change over the time wow. Good luck everybody, I hope those who are still waiting will be approved..
