I don't see anywhere that they are asking about continuous employment so I would not worry about that.

Semi-update: packaged arrived on Friday, the 8th and they charged my credit card at some point this afternoon, which was a surprise. I'll wait to officially update once the charge clears or they notify me, which I assume the latter will happen at some point.

Best of luck everyone!

There's a part in the N-400 about employment. For me, since I've been unemployed since I got here, I just put 'unemployed' and put the dates in. Then filled up the dates when I was employed.

Well, we completed the fingerprint cards today and we are mailing the packet out today. WOOT!!! Never hurts to be a few days earlier than expected.

Cool! That was superfast. Good luck with the rest of it!

I forgot about that... Just put in the employed dates and you should be good. My wife was unemployed in the Phils working as a farmer with her parents so that's all she has had.

Ya, no biometric appointments for her, just a fingerprint card done on an Army base here in Korea. But, we still have to pay the biometric fee. SIGH

I'm working on my N-400 packet now... it's almost ready... I hope to send it tomorrow! Gotta say this is the easiest part of this process.... I've been putting it off for 5 months. I know, who does that? :P

Can you please explains to me what this list is and how do I update it?? I've seen it pop up throughout the thread and want to make sure I keep up to date.

Here's a brief explanation of how to update.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/590745-n-400-april-2016-filers/?p=8083081

There are also instructions at the bottom of the list.

The legend at the bottom of the list tells you want each field is. The table is updated regularly to keep track of the progress of everyone in the group.

Remember to always quote the most recently updated list so that no information is lost.

Remember to stick to the original fonts so that the table entries line up (they may not line up on a tablet or phone).

The PO box is for Regular and Priority Mail. The Express Mail address is for Express Mail and Courier services.

1: Don't worry about the +4

2: It's the "Resident Since" date on your green card.

3: I can't help with that, we couldn't file electronically.

4: A Fitness club is like a gym membership, they are looking more for civic organizations.

You can't file an N400 application electronically.

Look at your green card; the date next to "Resident Since" is the date that you became a permanent resident. The "Resident Since"date on your conditional and 10 year green cards should be the same.
