Hello guys I need someone who's expert on this

I come here in the US San Francisco last month then it so happened that me and my fiance decided not to marry anymore.. So I'll be going back in the Philippines before my K1 visa expired.

It just so happened also that my friends are inviting me to New York will I be question in the airport? Because in the port of entry the woman ask me when are we getting married so I said this month. But since we're not getting married and I will not travel with him in New York will I be questioned? Thank you

no, as long as you go back to your home country before your visa expires.

Though its personal I was wondering why it didn't work out in general terms I guess as a lot of us worry about that. Usually I worry about her not adapting or wanting to adapt to US life..I would go there if I have to but this is the route we chose ;)

To be technically accurate, your K-1 visa expired the minute you entered the U.S.

It's your I-94 that has the 90-day validity.

You're free to remain in and travel anywhere within the U.S. during its period of validity.

Just be sure that your NY plane tickets match the name on your ID (passport, presumably).

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Thank you guys such a big help. One more thing I can't find my I-94 but my passport have stamp that I entered US. I think I left it in the security. Will they ask me for this when traveling from San Francisco to New York?

if you are not planning on marrying your USC fiance(e), you have ninety (90) days to return to the Philippines.

Hello. I just want to ask something, Can a K1 visa travel within US? I cannot find my I-94 I already check it in my passport. Maybe I left it in the security when I arrived here. Yes you can travel anywhere in the US as long as you leave the US soil within 90 days. Always bring your passport with you.

October 5, 2016 - EAD case changed to CARD WAS MAILED
October 11, 2016 - Combo Card (EAD/AP) status changed to CARD WAS DELIVERED TO YOU BY THE POST OFFICE
October 11, 2016 - Combo Card received :) when I checked our mailbox at 4pm
October 12, 2016 - Went to SS Office and changed my name to married name

November 17, 2016 - Green Card status APPROVED and in the afternoon it changed to NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED :dancing:

Packet 4 (Interview): March 14, 2016 (I have received a call from US Consul Specialist & she informed me about my interview)

Interview Date: March 17, 2016 at 3:00pm (APPROVED)

Visa Issued: March 21, 2016

Visa Received (On Hand): March 21, 2016 at 1:30pm (US Consul called me to pick up my passport/visa between 1:00-1:30pm)

Received SSN Card in hand: May 20, 2016
