Here you go. Enter your NOA1 receipt number and not the one that you use to check your status.

Hi, I was trying to do a e-request. But it says "You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number." The receipt number is WACxxxxxxxx, right? And the form number is I751, right? I don't understand why it says there is a mistake?

You should have received two WAC numbers in your Notice of Action letter. Use the other number. What works to check the case status does not work for filing an e-service, it's the other WAC number.

Give it few more days and try again.

I filed a service Request on Aug 12th and got a reply today. I am a Jan filer but got approved on Aug 13th. Here is the reply from USCIS that i got today.

"On 08/12/2016, you contacted USCIS concerning your I-751 to notify us that have not received your Approval Notice that our electronic systems show was sent to you. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

USCIS records indicate that your I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence was approved on 08/13/2016.

On 08/17/2016, your Permanent Resident Card was generated and we mailed it to your current address. Our records do not show that the card was returned to USCIS as undeliverable.

According to our records, the card was delivered on 08/20/2016 (USPS Tracking #: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX). You may check with your local post office for additional information.

We hope this information is helpful to you."

Wurstbrot_Royal

I have followed your posts in 2014 during AOS. We were in the same month as you and now are in the same month for ROC! We register out timeline under my husband's account so I won't duplicate. However, for two years I have been dying to find out what that picture in your Avitar is. hahaha

Thanks and congratulations on your ROC. We are waiting for our card today or tomorrow.
