Hi there ,

I am looking some information .my wife is trying to cancel my interview to calling embassy due to our bad fight.Is she can cancel my interview as patitnor ? And what I can do to stop cancelation. Or how I will know that interview date is canceled.

Yes she can stop it all and pull the Affidavit of Support without that there is no Visa or need for interview. Nothing you can do about cancellation.

You will know when you show up.

Will embassy won't sent me email tht interview has been cancel? what she need to do to cancel the interview or she can cancel by over phone or sending email.

Seems like this issue has been going on for a month or more based on your past posts

Perhaps you should ask your wife to come visit you, try to work things out, and if she is really set on not going through with the process, divorce and move on

U would b right but I love her and I try almost everything.but she is not agree to listen me as we both know each other from ,4,5 year.some times it's not easy to give up I am trying at last minute to work out.can u tell what she need to do to cancel appoinment.will they cancel it by over phone or by writing email to embassy.why I can't know before about cancelation untill I reach embassy which is 10 hours drive from my city,

Yes she can stop it all and pull the Affidavit of Support without that there is no Visa or need for interview. Nothing you can do about cancellation.

You have to try your best to talk to your wife. Talk to her family maybe they can talk to her. If she cancelled and stopped things nothing you can do about it. Work on your relationship for now.

if she formally withdraws the I-864, your path to an interview is interrupted. Since you two are having disagreements, its on you to talk with her, prior.

At the moment she is just canceling the appoinment

If she cancels only the appointment and doesn't withdraw her affidavit of support then there is a chance that you can have a later interview.
We have no idea if she called the embassy or emailed.

You should contact them and confirm if your appointment is still for the same date to save you a 10 hour trip out there.

You may find out during the interview that you have been denied depends on what she wrote them and if she withdrew.

You can't do anything to stop her withdrawal and thereby a denial but if she only canceled the appointment and she becomes willing to proceed, then you can make another appointment at a later time.

All depends on your communication with her and her ultimate decision.

Another 5 min to 12 midnight post, what's up with this, perhaps the same OP.
