Been there and know the feeling but when I was at the USCIS phase; got a RFE. Once I got out of my feelings, I sprung into action. Hopefully, it's something simple and it can be turned around quickly for you.

On a more positive note, consider the fact that your scan date is 1/13 and today is 2/2, so you can still move along pretty quickly in this stage.

It can be anywhere from 30 to 45 days. Really look at Business days to get a realistic timeline. Could be less could be more.

The cases are assigned to varies reps in the center everyone doesn't work at the same pace. Also the person in from of you could have had a 1000 page case file. Who knows you are almost there. I am seeing 12/28 getting CC's so just keep your eyes on our status for the 3 NA's

Thanks Dwheels76! I am closely watching for the 3 N/As hopefully this week. :)

Thanks again!

I have a question about the website and the 3 N/A's...is that real-time reporting? Meaning its updated and inputted into the system immediately?

When they mark the case completed you can see it most of the times with the 3 * N/A

Understood but does that happen immediately (in most cases) or does it take a day or 2 to show?

On a positive note, that was a pretty quick turnaround. Some have waited 45 days to get a checklist, and then have to submit more docs.

What was the checklist for if you don't mind me asking?

NOA2: November 30th, 2015
Scan Date: December 22nd, 2015
CC: Groundhog Day, 2016 (42 days)

Interview: March 16th, 2016 - Approved

Issued: March 21st, 2016

Visa in Hand: March 24, 2016

POE: March 24th, 2016

Thank you...just curious because I had a little latency when I was paying fees and such (i.e. email notifcations). So I wasn't sure if the same would be applicable in the case complete instance.

..and just to add to shsl73's question, do you automatically receive an email confirmation once the system is updated to 3 N/As?

No not automatically. Case Complete email comes 7 days later. That's why we watch the NA's then call to verify.

I was going to say to already be reviewed 18 days later is remarkable.

Gotcha! Thanks ;)

Thanks dwheels76. And Alveoli for the follow up. I still have a ways to go as my scan date is 12/31 (hopefully this week ??) but it makes me more aware of what to look for and expect. Haven't seen any CC's for 12/24, 12/28 or 12/30 so....I'm close. Was hoping that last week's activity would filter over to this week... Edited by shsl73
