Filed September 24th, 1-765 and I 485. My receipt date was the 28th of September.

Received an RFI on the 14th of October for submitting an outdated sponsor form on I-485. Submitted a new form on the 28th of October, and USCIS received it on 2nd November.

Got notification of EAD approval on 17th of December.

Received EAD card in the mail on the 24th of December.

What I need to ask is, is there anyone out there with a similar timeline who knows timeframe for getting a greencard interview. Our local office is Denver, which I have heard is very slow, but we have not had any notification that it has been sent to the local office and still assuming it's being handled at the NBC.

Appreciate any feedback.

-Phil

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hey, I have almost exactly the same timeline as you it seems and also from the UK. I had an RFE (for my birth certificate) and still had my EAD/AP in early December and just got scheduled for interview on Feb 18th. I'm in Pittsburgh though so seems a lot less busy. Also I am moving from a J-1 not a K-1 so I'm finding my timeline is a bit different from most. As suggested check out the September forum and fill out the timeline too.

12/06/2017 - Applied for Removal of Conditions I-751

12/11/2017 - NOA date

12/24/2017 - NOA received
