1. i am business owner for last 2 years, and own house. i do not write check to myself as employee. how do i have to fill up I-134?

2. now i received no2 i know i have to wait 2-3 week and then call nvc to get case number. im from iran and there is no us embassy in iran

and i will join my fiance in turkey ankara to support her my question is. after fill up the ds-160 pay the fee are they going to contact me for interview date or i have to set the appointment ?

3. i send copy of my divorce decree with my i-129f i do not have a certificate do i have to get the actual certificate for interview ?

The process for interview scheduling varies by embassy. You will need to look it up for your particular embassy in turkey. We needed the original divorce decree for our interview yes.

Medical all done and with no issues :) Only down side is they can't sign off vaccinations on a K visa so I still have to pay someone in the states to do it I think :(

Medical all done and with no issues :) Only down side is they can't sign off vaccinations on a K visa so I still have to pay someone in the states to do it I think :(

They didn't sign off on my fiancée's vaccination record either so we'll be doing the same thing. I have 2 or 3 doctors I looked up in a thread here that don't insist on another medical and will do just the vaccines for a reasonable cost.

HELLO

SO IM FILLING OUT THE DS 160 FORM AND IM STUCK TRYING TO PUT THE PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT FOR MY FIANCEE ....THEY WANT 5 YEAR HISTORY AND THEY ONLY LET ME PUT 2 EMPLOYMENTS...HES HAD A TOTAL OF 4...I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO :(

Not a problem, I had the same exact issue. Just put the most recent 2 employers. Recall that on the G-325A you already listed the last 5 years employment history for each of you, so they have the information already.

Hello! Feb filer here, just seeing how January has been going! Do you mind if I ask what you mean when you say they can't sign off vaccinations? Would they not give you the ones you needed? Or would they not confirm that you already had the right ones? I'm doing it through London too, trying to figure out what to expect!

Got my passport back today, I'm amazed how quickly it arrived. Now I can book my flight!

We had our interview yesterday and they said everything is good there so now it's just waiting for our medical report to show up.
