And from the date it seems like we cant tell what day they are working on again.

The 15th is 1-2 days longer ahead then we think.

But this can make my scandate Thursday next week, if it keeps up.

Your timeline says you mailed it out on the 14th, so how can the scan date be the 14th ?

That is the date I got on an email from Nvc not the date I mailed sorry. Even though ups receipt says dec 15th I don't know?. I am referring to the 30 day email.

Last night my AOS fee showed in process after showing paid for two weeks. My IV fee now shows paid and DS-260 was available today. Should I call NVC and find out why the AOS has changed from paid to in process? I am just a little concerned why it has changed.

March 6 2016 will be my 2nd year anniversary and I got my CR1 visa last week. I heard if I enter US after my 2nd anniversary... I will get a 10 years visa but I am planning to fly to US by next week. Is it better to wait for 1 more month... and get 10 year visa or it will be easy to fly next week and renew my 2 year visa after 2 years.....Pls comment. .

If it's me I would wait just so I don;t have to do the paperwork, pay the fee in 21 months It's up to you if you want to wait or not. I mean it's 6 weeks wit might be too much to wait that long.

Yesterday, there was a CC for Australia, scan date Dec 14 (check NVC JUNE I-130 approvals)

No they got a checklist yesterday Rickey and Char not a CC.

Good morning Vjers family, my stepdaughter did her medical on the 19th of Jan in jamaica, on the paper they gave her said 3 vaccines r DUE NOW but they didn't give her them.... shes is 12 will b 13 in a week.... do u think the age or did they leave before the medical was finish??? I think u dont need to worry if its still say in procces after 5 days i should get concerned but for now gif it some time.

Some days ago i had 47+ post to read just in here.

But Dec 15th scan date, that's bit of a jump from Dec 12-13 where we was thinking they was.

So now we have CC from Dec 14 and 15 So that must be the dates they are working on today.

Well, we are day 36 (January 22 today) and no CC as yet. Somewhere along the way, we were told that the review period was changed from WITHIN 30 days to WITHIN 30-45 days starting in December, of course, the same month the NVC got our AOS/IV. I guess it makes sense that we are BEYOND 30 days if, in the first place, they could not review applications within 30 days.

I see someone above had their scan date on 12/15/2015 and got their CC today (1/22/2016). Ours was on 12/17/2015, so I hope we are right on their heels with a CC today or Monday, but I would take today. Of course, there is always that chance of a checklist to hold things up even longer.
