Refused ???? whats next..i m panicking? pls share experience

interview went fine..

no further documents been asked

i have orignal PCC

CO said ..every thing is fine i am in AP,will let me know in 1 month time,

this is extremely horrifying both emotionally and physically ..

if anyone know ,how to proceed after being refused pls share

in the bolded part above,

there's some CO interaction - he said something to you.

Since he said that you'll be in Administrative Processing for a month,

IMO any online status is useless until those 30 days have passed.

However, since it's Islamabad IV, expect a LONG AP wait,

as

there's a queue ! Folk in line before you, awaiting the additional security check to be done in this round of administrative processing.

How long? No one can really tell you.

For now, I suggest you be patient, focus on other things in your daily and weekly life.

well i was in AP for last 3 months, my interview went fine ,they didnt ask for any further documents and gave 221g ticking AP option. and CO told at my interview they well let me know in 1 month time.

than last month they updated my case to REFUSED, and now they sent this email today.

so today i got reply of email i sent, i missed call from embassy # and later today i got this e-mail.

do u think they called me to return my passport?as they have it, or they call applicant and say come and get your passport ,u are denied?

i dont know whats temporarily refused ? never heard about that? pls share views what this whole thing mean??

nope my interview was in sep, 7th dec they refuse me ,before it was in AP.

I had explained to you what "temporarily refused means" per pm. You got it straight from the consulate email and you can confirm it
with the senator as I said.
You are temporarily refused while in AP. Once AP is completed they will either refuse or approve the visa.
Passports are usually kept during AP but if you need it for travel then you can request it back.
I would not rock the boat right now and not leave for work to another country.
It will take months and sometimes years in AP and there is nothing you can do now.
You are spinning in circles trying to force a change in your status and that is wasted energy.

As I said before even if you decide to hurry it up by marrying and filing again, you will go through the very same AP time length again.

Please understand that there is nothing else you can do but be patient and wait.

Contact your senator for clarification on where your file has been send, has it been returned to USCIS via NVC (if so it will expire and you start a new

petition) or are you in true AP for background checks at NVC or still in internal AP at the embassy.

hi,does any one please know if the denial letter and passport of applicant is posted on apllicant home adress once its denied?

do embassy call or email the applicant too? or how it works

need a quick reply...as i am in another city due to some work and cant collect the postal item sent by embassy to my home adress?

Usually the embassy emails or calls when they want to give the passport back.
What makes you think they have send a denial letter and passport ? I am not understanding your post clearly.
