Almost 2months of waiting from NOA1. I know we are lucky enough to be routed at CSC. But what's taking this long? Others get approved in less than 5 weeks. They say case to case basis? I don't get what is wrong. No criminal records, never married. Benneficiary have been to the US twice and provided necessary infos. Petitioner just got naturalized (which means USCIS had already done a thorough back ground check)

2 months is nothing, this process requires a lot of patience. It's normal don't worry.

I can't say this enough to people:

The Visajourney timelines are averages. Average is average. If you see a report that the average American male is 5'10", would you ask your doctor why you are 5'8", pointing to men who are 6'0 as the source of your stress and confusion?

This is not a first come first served operation (and it sounds like you've dealt with US immigration enough to know that very well by now). Forget the disgusting discrepancy between service centers generally (but specifically how out-of-hand it got between TSC and CSC last year. Ten times different. 210 day (7 month) average vs 21 day (3 week) average), which is a whole issue itself, but within a center things are going to vary fairly significantly.

Why? Because this is humans we're talking about here. They open a box that has a cluster of second week of November folks in it, then assign, say, 100 each to Andrew, Bob and Sue. Andrew can do 20 per day, Bob can do 16, and Sue can generally do 22. But Andrew took a sick day this week, Bob is working 4-10 hour days this week so he can have a long weekend to go to his in-laws for Hanukkah, so he's going to do more every *day*, speeding up his average but Friday of no work will make up for that, and Sue is sticking at 22.

Then take into account that this is what they *generally* can do. But what if someone's handwriting is terrible, taking Sue 3 times longer than normal so today she's only going to get 20 done? What's more, some files simply take more work than others. If you've filed before, that's a whole different database they need to access to check on it. If the fiance has been to the US before, that's a whole other government agency to request information from etc etc. And in your case, I would not be surprised at all if foreign-born naturalized citizens require additional time to process when they petition for others (they are probably looking into how/why you moved here and how/why you gained citizenship). Fair? Nope. But literally nothing about this process is fair for anyone. All of this, and more (like the order in which they open these boxes... what if they open a third-week-of-November box and pass that along to Caroline, Dave and George before Andrew Bob and Sue are done with the second week of November box) can *easily* explain weeks if not *months* different timelines within a service center.

You are well within the official processing times. You will all but guaranteed to hear in a month, from the way CSC has been going. And even if you quadruple CSC's average, you would still be within normal processing times and still have gotten NOA2 twice as fast as people just 6 moths ago. You are in a very good spot right now.

Just takes time is all, some ppl don't get NOA2 till 6-9 months later, all you can do is play the waiting game now

Try waiting for nearly two years. Your time is coming, just keep the faith.
