My husband Went for his Interview September 15th he was giving 221g they didn't ask for Additional information. it has been over 90 days and his Medical exam Is only good for 6 Months.Does anybody know what we need to do. please help

The only thing you can do is wait. If the medical expires before the visa is issued, a new medical will be required.

No one can answer "How Long?". It's all dependent on what they are looking for investigating. What were the questions? What was the focus of the questions? A certain topic the CO was fixed on? Your red flags(if you have any)? All anyone can tell you is that AP can last from days to weeks to months to years.

You could call your senator or congressman but they will probably get the same info you are. But maybe sometimes they can find out like if you are in security checks, field investigation.

My husband had his interview on Oct 1st in Senegal. He is also from Gambia and also in administrative processing with nothing additional asked to provide. We are still waiting as well. I just keep checking online the status and the last status update date keeps changing. All you can do is wait. Some people from Gambia are waiting a few days and others months like us.
